Life is such an amazing gift and journey! To live our lives in accordance with our own personally defined values is to live our best 100 years: advancing, living freely and thriving!

During and after The COVID, more than ever before, I witnessed severe intra/interpersonal communication breakdowns within my community and worldwide. I created Actions of Accountability as a viable tool for individuals, groups and corporations to formulate resilience, boundaries, critically think/listen and clearly, kindly, truthfully communicate. In this space ideas grow, solutions are created and expectations are exceeded.

A Graduate of Cal State San Marcos, BA in Communications, I have spent my life deeply engaged in High-Performance Communication and Accountable Action via my career experience in sales, customer service, media, freelance writing and company ownership. My extensive travels and life experiences have and continue to perpetuate and enhance my best 100 years!

I am passionate about purposeful movement forward and individuals coming together to clearly, kindly, truthfully communicate, grow ideas, create solutions and exceed expectations!
